(Back to Blog)I made another trip to Lubbock in October with Paul and Susan O'Rear, stopping in the little town of Matador along the way to watch Justin referee a football game.
Road trip! I got to ride on the front dash on the way to Matador.
All settled in for the long journey.
We arrived in Matador early, so Paul had Susan set me on the fence (with the football players warming up in the background) for a couple of photos.
I'm thinking this could be a postcard picture.
Here's Justin, hob-knobbing with the other refs before the game.
The Motley County Matadors got spanked by the Silverton Owls.
This is the mascot for the Silverton Owls.
Here's Justin holding me up in front of an "LCU" flag on the campus of Lubbock Christian University.

Here I am riding the official LCU Chap. Go Chap!
Hey, there's a better view from up here.
We ride off into the sunset.
